• $HDN Token & NFTs: In-game currency and digital assets may be used for gameplay, marketplace transactions, and upgrades.
• Finality: All blockchain transactions are generally irreversible and non-refundable.
• No Investment Advice: $HDN and NFTs are not investment products; prices are volatile and not guaranteed.
• Wallet Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, seed phrases, and private keys.

6. Marketplace & Third-Party Services

The Services may link to third-party sites, wallets, or marketplaces. Heðnar does not control or endorse third-party services and is not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Use them at your own risk.

7. Community Governance

Holders of $HDN may participate in votes or proposals. Governance mechanisms are not guarantees of implementation; final execution may depend on technical, legal, or strategic considerations.

8. Prohibited Activities

• Fraud, market manipulation, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Uploading malware, spam, or content that infringes the rights of others.
• Exploiting bugs or security vulnerabilities; promptly report issues to us.
